Popularly known as the Royal Trek, Siklish trek is one of the best treks of Annapurna region. Rough and wild, but less traveled region, Royal trek penetrates through south of Annapurna II, and Lamjung Himal massif. Siklish trek is named as Royal trek when Prince Charles visited this beautiful Gurung settlement. We start the trek from Beganas Tal (Lake), head north to the Madi Khola and reach Siklesh (1,980m.), Nepal's biggest Gurung village. The trek takes us to remote villages that are far from the beaten track. Famous for maintaining its rustic tradition and age old culture, Siklish is one of the good examples of an old Gurung village. Besides, this Gurung settlement is rich in flora and fauna, majestic mountains like- Annapurna South (7273m.), Annapurna 2nd (7937m.), Hiunchuli (6336m.), Lamjung Himal (6986m.) and Machhapuchhre (6999m), innate hospitality and unique settlements.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1320m) Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara (914m.) We take early drive/flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara (914m.). One can view green hills, beautiful valleys and some mountain views on the way. Pokhara is regarded as tourists’ paradise with full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as lakes, caves, temples, etc. One can have pleasure to observe views of Phewa Taal (lake), Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
Day 03: Pokhara to Bijayapur Khola, Kalikasthan (1370m.) Having lunch in the hotel, we drive from Pokhara to Bijayapur Khola (Bijayapur Army Camp)-Kalikasthan (1370m.). The trail takes us through rice fields near the Army Camp, and then ascends through Rakhigaon to Chautara. En route, one can enjoy the majestic views of Himalayas. We finally reach Kalikasthan at (1370m.) which offers panoramic view of mountains, Begnas Tal and Pokhara city.
Day 04: Kalikasthan to Lama Khet (1680m.) We commence our trek from Kalikasthan to LamaKhet (1680m.). Following gentle path, passing through local villages of mixed ethnic groups, rice terraces up to Mardi Khola, we proceed towards Lama Khet. It is a small village where we stay overnight.
Day 05: Lama Khet to Siklis (1980m.) Trek from Lama Khet to Siklis (1980m.).The trail stretches flat along the river bank until you reach Khilan Gaon. En route one passes through Parju village. The trail again climbs till Siklis village, the oldest and the biggest Gurung village.
Day 06: Siklis to Neuli Kharka (2200m.) It is our turn to trek from Siklis to Neuli Kharka or Forest camp (2200m.). En route, we penetrate rhododendron and oak forests following gentle ascent path. Overnight at Neuli Kharka.
Day 07: Neuli Kharka to Ghale Gaon (2000m.) We trek from Forest Camp to Ghale Gaon (2000m.). En route, we trek through forests covered with rhododendron and cross the highest pass of this trek. After crossing the pass, we descend steeply to reach Ghale Gaon, a small village which is inhabited by Gurung and Magar community.
Day 08: Ghale Gaon to Pokhara Trek from Ghale Gaon to Pokhara. The trek descends gently up to Hyamgja (1070m.). We board our vehicle at Hyamgja and drive to Pokhara. Overnight in hotel.
Day 09: Pokhara to Kathmandu Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus. After a normal drive of seven hours, we reach Kathmandu. While driving from Pokhara to Kathmandu, we head up to Damauli, Dumre, Muglin and Kurintar where the Nepal's first Cable Car is operated to reach to Manakamana Temple. One can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Day 10: Final Departure to home.

Price for the Trip
The total cost for the trek or tour you decide you want to do will depend on several different factors. The type of accommodation you prefer in Kathmandu and/ or Pokhara will make a difference to the overall cost (budget to 5 star accommodation) The mode of transport you prefer will also affect the cost of your package, for example prices very greatly between flying versus private car/van, tourist or local buses. The number of guides and / or porters required will also affect the total cost of your trek. For these reasons the same trek/tour can vary in price quite substantially.
