Poon Hill - Ghorepani - Ghandruk located in Annapurna region, Western Nepal is one of the best trekking in Nepal. The trekking offers the spectacular mountain scenery along with charming villagers. The dense Rhododendron forests where 09 species are found and March April May are the months to enjoy beautiful flowers with the picturesque peak of Machhapuchhare (Fishtail Peak) and Annapurna dominating the skyline.

Poonhill approximately 3200 m., and the view of sun rise over the Himalayan giants, Dhaulagiri (8,167m) and Annapurna (8,091m) along with a maze of other peaks possibly the most spectacular mountain ranges on Earth. Besides this natural landscapes on the trail is amazing to experience.

Major Attractions: The majestic Himalayan Range including Annapurna South 7219 m., Fishtail 6993m., Dhaulagiri 8168m., The jungle of Rhododendron on March April would be great. You can experience snow and play with in December January. The farming field and terraces are great and the life of farmers to experience.

Duration: 11 Days

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu International Airport. Welcome by our representative and transfer to our Hote.

Day 02: Drive to Pokhara by Private Vehicle or Fly to Pokhara. It will be better to fly during the Monsoon season that is May - August as the Highway will be in the poor condition. Tour of Fewa Lake and lakeside in the evening. O/ N stay in the Hotel in Pokhara.

Day 03: After breakfast in the hotel drive an hour to Nayapul and start walking (trek.) It will take some 4/5 hrs to reach Tikhedhunga 1577m.The trail slightly ascends this day following the river most of the time.

Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani 2850m. This is little longer day and need to walk up for the first couple of hours steep. Banthanti is the place for the Lunch and then gradually up in the forest of the Rhododendron.

Day 05: Early in the morning climb an hour to view the sunrise with the majestic mountains from Poon Hill 3210 m. from where you can enjoy the view of majestic mountains Fishtail 6993 m. Annapurna South 7219 , Dhaulagiri 8168 m. and many more .After breakfast trek to Tadapani.

Day 06: Trek to Ghandruk which is nice village to hang around. In the clear morning you can enjoy the view of Annapurna South.

Day 07: Trek to Landruk and overnight stay in the lodge.

Day 08: Trek to Dhampus. This day you will walk mostly in the jungle and the view of mountain range from Dhampus is majestic.

Day 09: Trek to Phedi which will take some couple of hours and then drive back to Pokhara.

Day 10: Drive or fly to Kathmandu

Day 11: Transfer to Airport for your onward journey.
